What was your main motivation for renovating the practice?
The main motivation was to improve the patient journey and experience within the practice in order to boost our dispensing sales. We wanted to improve the interior which was 25 years old, increase efficiency, complement the advanced optical equipment and increase frame capacity.

Why did you decide on the Store Elements range from Top Vision?
We chose to use Store Elements from Top Vision because we were looking for a modern professional look whilst working to a sensible budget. We loved the fact the units were semi-bespoke with their modular design which meant with the help of Top Vision design team, we were able to come up with a fantastic design maximising our useable space and desired frame capacity. We could also choose the finish we wanted to blend in with the rest of the shop fit.
How did you find the process of planning, choosing, ordering and installing the units?

I had an idea of what units I wanted ie a mixture of rods and shelving and how many frames I wanted to display. John from Top Vision then worked with me to suggest a design which ticked all the right boxes whilst adding invaluable advice on how to improve my initial ideas. The whole process was very straight forward and the order arrived on time. The units were straight forward to assemble with some forward planning to ensure the relevant electricians, lighting team and fitters were on site at the right time.

What is the reaction to the renovated practice from your staff and patients?
The entire shop fit took us 6 days. This included moving data cables and electrical sockets, re-plastering walls and replacing the floor. The reaction from the public has been so positive. They can not believe how modern and spacious the practice feels and how much better it flows. My team love their new work environment it and has created a buzz working in the new surroundings. Our dispense service flows better and already our sales have improved.
